Kulula Booking Ref KREFZA

we have tickets for travel during the recent period where Kulula stopped flying but agreed to honour these bookings for a rebook within the next 12 months.

After trying to rebook on line I am unable to do so. Website refers us to their call centre which does not get answered!! I have tried calling and lodged written requests on more than 1 occasion and after 3 days still no response.

Looks like Kulula is doing their best to avoid their commitments here and i am not impressed with their lack of service. Maybe its time to seek out another airline that does want my business...
