Kulula booking process the worst ever

So I booked 2 tickets on Kulula last week for travel 30th this Thursdays and I booked a ticket 25th to travel the 26th and I paid for it on the website under SID 2 times the same problem occurred, but the first ticket they checked and had to wait til the next day for the ticket to be sorted, Saturday evening the same problem happened we had to go to the airport explained the problem to them and they could not help said I should call the call centre called waited 17 minutes no anwer, so I paid for another ticket at the airport and now I am struggling to get my. Refund of them, and they informed me at the airport the money should reflect back into my account. And its 2days already.
