Extremely poor service at East London Airport, they did not want to take my luggage on the flight, saying that I was late.. But they were still helping clients infront of me, as I was in A queue. Had to book flights with another Airline in order to get home, costing me R2500 more. Extremely pathetic service.. Will never use them again and will encourage everyone I encounter to never them.
