Kulula bad service

Good day. I would like to complain about kulula. I have send emails and called them they do not respond and they do not assist me with my matter. I have booked tickets with them in 2020 and they have kept my money now I want to use the amount I have in the travel bank to book new tickets but their system is not working properly. This is very bad service from them.
