Kulula bad business ethics

I bought flight tickets last year almost to the amount of R 7000, then covered came and we could not fly, kulula stated that we could redeem the money on flights till October this year I think, I have mailed them and tried to phone with no luck and no one answer any of my correspondence, I have also heard that this is a problem with a lot of people who cannot get and answer
