Kulula and Travel *****ing poor people's money

Kulula is reeping people off. They made us get insurance on tickets and their now giving us the marry go round.The insurance people are telling us we not getting any refunds, the travel agency is telling us the airline has our money and we must fly by October or we loose the tickets and money
