KULULA AND ITS INCOMPETENCE AT IT AGAIN!

i made a booking last night only for the site to kick me off and tell me to restart just as it was meant to confirm my entire booking. I checked all my emails to ensure that it hadn't booked then I restarted and completed the process successfully only to get 2 booking confirmations at the end of it all.

I call the call centre this morning and I'm being told that the refund process will take up to 8 weeks, when it was a fault on their end. I find this to be such a ridiculous inconvenience, if I didn't know better I'd think this is a ****
