Kulula and Covid-19 - make online cancellations available please!

I know Kulula.com doesn't monitor Hellopeter anymore but I want to leave a review anyway. Their website advises that in view of the Covid-19 pandemic you can cancel a flight without penalties and qualify for a Travel Bank Credit to be used over the next 12 months. The only way to do this is to speak to the call centre. Well good luck with that! If and when you get through you sit for 10 mintues listening to a recording and then cut off without being able to speak to anyone. For heaven's sake at a time like this, make online cancellations available. I don't have the time or money to sit all day listening to a recording and then get cut off. This is a difficult time for all, don't make it worse!
