kulula and british airways

i booked flights with kulula in 2019 and covid affected us as we went on lockdown as a country. no communication was sent to passengers regarding the tickets, called the kulula and british the airline was under business rescue and couldn't be assisted. today been told that my tickets have expired on the 10th of march funny kulula and british was grounded during that time.

so British and kulula feels its right and fair for passengers to forfeit their hard earned money
