Kulula airlines has disappointed me after years of flying with them

I am a frequent flyer with Kulula as my boyfriend lives in Johannesburg and I in Durban. However this week, i had booked a flight for 19th March, unfortunately the day i made my booking, a few hours later my grandad passed away. I contacted Kulula, in tears, asked if they could please make me an exception and please give me a voucher for me to use at a later stage. Suffice to say they did not even bother, bearing in mind my grandad is my sole guardian, they informed me that only if it was my mom or dad. I’ve taken unpaid leave for the next two months and cannot afford to purchase another tivket anytime soon. All said, I will no longer be flying with Kulula again and now only fly Mango and FlySafair
