Kulula airlines disgusting service!

I booked a flight from Durban to Johannesburg for the 01.01.20 to my surprise the flight was delayed 4 times! The flight was for 20:05 but was delayed to 21:40 then to 22:35 then 23:15 and then to 00:15, No person of authority came to us to apologize or even give us a valid reason as to why this happened, I follow rules as a result I was early as requested so I could board on time but these delays had me sleeping on the cold, metal chairs for over 6 hours. I have work the next day so this was a terrible way to start the year. I will never use this airline again and I will express my disappointment from this airline to all family and friends.
