Kulula Airlines are Corporate ****s

<p>I booked a flight to Cape Town and due to unforeseen circumstances, I cannot make the trip anymore. So I request for a refund in the form of a voucher and they refuse telling me that cancellation is 100% of the ticket price I can only rebook with an exorbitant amount of R342 per change. What on earth do they lose by giving me a voucher that I can use later to fly with them? They are just Corporate ****s!!!</p>
