Kulula airlines!!!!

This is just one of many experiences where Kulula airlines have been delayed. Today I received a SMS from the airline at 16H30, bearing in mind my flight is at 18H10 meaning I need to be there by 17H10 stating that the flight would be delayed by 2 and a half hours!!! This is ridiculous to say the least, this airline does not consider others and is not even apologetic when informing us of the delay! I would like the public to know that this airline is shocking and they should starting being more proactive and sending out information earlier so people can at least change arrangements! I'm very dissatisfied with this service!!!!!!!!!!
