Kulula airline delayed flights December 2019 & January 2019

We had 2 flights within 10days of each other. Both were failures. The first flight from JHB to CPT was delayed and then our luggage couldn’t be found. We waited hours at the airport. Our flight from CPT back to JHB also delayed and Kulula staff **** to us saying it was the weather that caused the delay. All other airlines are on time. Kulula Staff don’t care about the delays, brush off the passengers complaints and they can’t confirm if delayed flights will leave on time. Will never support them again. So disappointed in Kulula staffs attitude.
