Kulula airline debited me twice for one ticket

<p>I bought a kulula ticket via their site on Thursday morning at 8:30am, 20th October.i instantly receivedemails from my bank showing that i was debited twice for the same ticket. I called the call center right away and I was told i would be refunded in 48 hours. I still have not got my money back. </p> <p>Why was I debited twice? That is simply theft. Please return my money.
