Kulula Airline

My wife, Anna, and I travelled with MN0907 on Friday, 07 February, to George in seats 3A and 3B. About half an hour before touching down my wife started feeling nauseous and went forward to the bathroom facility. Your attentive staff on board noticed that she was not well and made her sit down, closed the curtains and called for medical assistance. A doctor came forward to lend a hand. Shortly before landing, she was ushered back to her seat. Once parked, assistance was already arranged to come and fetch her from the plane and inside the terminal buildings ER24 personnel (Otto and his team) carried out several tests on her and only released her once they were completely satisfied that she is stable. The doctor contacted several times over the weekend to enquire about my wife’s welfare. Our sincere thanks to your flight attendants on flight MN0907, ER24, Dr Freda van Rensburg and everybody who came to my wife’s assistance. We really appreciate each and everyone’s assistance and Kulula’s handling of the case is really commendable.
