Kulula air poor poor service!!!!

My flight was rescheduled to comair suspending flights in July, I have no issue with that my problem comes in with your service regarding the amount of R23.00 deducted off my account 14 times, your call centre.agent mirriam Khumalo assured me within 48hours my funds would be refunded into my account it is now 4 days later, mirriam responds to no emails and she hasnt been at work since we last spoke, your call centre is of no help as no one wants to assist in refunding me my money back, your service was great to reschedule my.flight but your system error is now causing me to fight for my own money back!!! Pathetic service kulula you call centre is not of help nor your messanger nor your chat2us email adress, you are in the wrong and i have full right to have my money reversed back into my account
