Went away for anniversary weekend and pre-booked seats for both trips. Get to East London airport to return to Jhb and get told we have moved you from 1a and 1b to 12th row. Complain: Oh well we changed aircraft so we re-released seats Ask for refund- 6 to 8 weeks Kept holding so put phone down, call them back and asked for supervisor, refused to put me through and refused to give me their name.
