Kulula a no-no

Flight from JHB to CT, flight and time was changed from 13h00 to 09h00 - sms sent. I had go cancel my meetings and arrange additional transportation to accommodate change. Flight from CT to JHB is currently delayed. Initially the delay was indicated as 15 minutes. It is now 19h42, over 40 minute delay. Apparently a load issue? Instead of landing in Jhb at 21h00 we will only be landing around 22h00. Absolutely shocking service. The was issues with tickets at the gate which took 30 mins to sort out, with the staff yelling names for ticket collection. This is the first time i have a delayed flight in SA, and the worst service ever. So disappointed, definitely a no-no going forward.
