Kulula

Good day. I contacted kalula on Facebook and got a very pathetic response. Our flight was delayed by over 2 hours on our way to knysna for our honeymoon, which resulted in us missing activities we had booked and paid for. To make matters worse, our flight home to JHB was also delayed which resulted in us not being able to say goodbye to our international guests that came out for our wedding. Completely unacceptable.
