Kulula 30% off what a con!
For 5 hours I tried booking 2 airline tickets via the Kulula website. The website was unresponsive - eventually I was working on two laptops and 2 computers, to try and process the booking. Just before midnight after taking 30 mins to process the booking I got to the credit card payment details - again the website took forever to respond. At midnight just as I was about to press enter after managing to enter my payment details, I double checked the flight info and found the ticket price has reverted to the normal full fare amount even though my booking was made. What a con!

The sale started yesterday at 06am until midnight. Due to the sale, many customers could not gain access to the kulula.com website as there were too many customers online already blocking access for other customers. Regrettably there is no way that we can be prepared for the influx of customers accessing the kulula.com website.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been made. As you did not complete the booking in time, you missed out on the sale fares. I am really sorry that you could not manage to book our sale fares but do hope you succeed next time we have a sale.
