My experience is horrible. I booked online tickets to DBN the funds was taken from my account and as soon as that had been done the application then cancelled and said payment not received. I contacted the call center, the feedback I got was that it is not reflecting in their account and I need to wait till tomorrow, further to this if there is any additional costs that need to be beard it will have to come out of my pocket. I want a refund and I cannot get assisted.
