Kulula

My ex boss had booked a ticket for my company conference for the 1st to 4th March. Unfortunately I resigned from the company so my boss tried to do a name change and was told he cannot.. Due to this he deducted the money of my salary for the amount of R1346.38. I called Kulula and asked if they could give me a voucher for the amount so that I could decided on a date to fly and use the voucher. I was not asking for the cash back. I was told that they couldn't do it in this instance. I explained the situation to them and due to me starting my new job on the day of the flight I wouldn't be able to use the ticket. They insisted that I had to choose a date before the flight or else I would have to forfeit it. I then tried to change the date only to be told it would cost me about R1300. Unfortunately I don't have R1300 spare right now, which is pretty much the cost of a whole ticket. I have tried to sort this out from Thursday so Kulula has ample notice of me not using the ticket so they can and probably will fill the space. Its absolutely disgusting that Kulula would not assist. To Kulula R1346.38 is a drop in the ocean. To me its a huge part of my salary. Totally disgusted!
