Kulala OR Tambo i was dissapointed by your service concerning my Luggage that i didn't get since 01/07/2018 up until 03/07/2018

i lost my Luggage traveling from East London and the Lady and the guy that were working late shift Sunday dark short both. I ended up going to work tomorrow wearing the same outfit after they said its already late shoud come back in the morning of which I'm supposed to be at work. The next day since they told me yesterday that my bag is already on another flight to PE so went to British Aways checked in asked the lady about the issue of my Luggage that is on Mondays flight to PE 02/07/2018 18h15 she went to check my luggage and came back saying my clothes are fine in the same flight.When i arrived in PE my bags still they are not in the same flight that i was using so Lady and Guy that were in OR Tambo that side for luggage they are so unprofessional they run a big company like a ****a shop im still angry as we speak dont have anything to wear and can't even wash properly.
