kukula credit card

I was handed over for my credit card. I paid the agreed amount every months. I never received a statement to show my balace. When I did an inquiry I have overpaid this account with R8000. Since June I have been trying to get my money back. Everytime they have a new story. I have made numerous calls even from a fnb branch as well as my personal phone. I have also send emails.... no luck!
