Kukula airline is mediocre
Kulula flights spontaneously decide to change flight times within 1-2 hrs before departure. They believe that overbooking flights and lying to passengers that the flights are cancelled is some prestigious practice that passengers must feel honoured to endure. A single flight has been changed 4 times. This is ridiculous and ************ of this airline. There are commitments that customers make that revolve around time you know. What these people are doing is ******* and I would really discourage anyone wanting to use this service.

Your consultant Thembeka rescheduled a passenger against her will for a flight to depart on the 1st December(which already departure time was changed several times) to 2 December 2021. This flight for the 2 December 2021 departure has been changed twice already and it’s before 8am.
