Khulula your service sucks!!!

My flight has recently been cancelled due to corona shut down, when I tried to change my booking I was told I need to pay more that the actual price I paid for weeks back... here is my problem in this, I planned me trip weeks back and did my booking on time and by doing that I didn’t want to pay a too much for the flight...one thing I understand is that it’s not my fault that you (khulula) had to cancel the or nor it’s yours...but the crisis but what reservations did you make for canceling my flight besides wanting to charge me more or by returning the money and not even returning it to my account but you say you’ll keep it for next time when I wanna fly with you again and which I don’t want to...your service sucks!!!
