Khulula Refunds department are a useless Bunch

I cancelled my flight booking for Khulula from East London to Jo'burg on the 2nd of August 2017 due to double booking the same flight,I was told I will be refunded the second booking. One month to date I'm still waiting. Booking Ref Number: HRJVRM
