khulula bookings systems are stinking and they ***** a persons money

I booked in online and printed out my boarding pass with Reference REF VKQEBK and went and hand in my suitcase.. The man working there took the piece of paper asked where Mr. Carstens is and I told him that he is not flying anymore and that he spoke to Khulula to change it. He said its funny because it does not show on the system. He gave me a new boarding pass with the 8.30 flight on together with my ID book. I did not look at the boarding time because I knew it was suppose to be at 09h00 and not 08h00.. I sat in the lounge inside and never ever heard that they were looking for me. It was only when I went down to the steps at 0820 to go and sit to wait to board that I realized that it said 08h00.... When I asked the lady at the check in counter she told me that the gate closed and my suitcase were off loaded already....at 0835... .I went back to the counter and explained that I now somehow missed the flight and could not understand because my flight are suppose to be at 09h30. Her abrupt answer was that I had to pay 1600 and the I can go on the next flight, in spite of the fact that I show her my email of booking VKQEBK... Surely when she entered my name and ID somehow it should have shown that I am already on the 9.30 flight MN 493.. So I paid 3 times to fly down to cape town... I NEVER booked in with any other reference... with the booking system they have booked me twice on the same flight with different referance numbers. And only emailed me 1 referance.. I worked all the time on my email and sms that khulula send me on ref REF VKQEBK ... You never send me a flight reminder for any other reference... So how is it possible that I should know about the other references.----- And how is it possible that Khulula never ever picked up that there are a double booking on the same day with the same id numbers---- (When you book on our system, you do not add ID numbers, only name and surname.) This was there answer..!!!!!!!!!! ...leaving 1 hour after another.. people have same names, this is why it is possible to book on different flights Really....If ID numbers are not important why do we have to show our Id books all the time because if it is the name you are looking at then people with the same names can be booked in wrongly..Isn't that why references are usually used. Surely Khulula can see that they made the mistake by let me pay again.. The people at Khulula do not give a **** !!!!!!!!! They do not even come back to me with a reasonable answer..
