Khulula are total *******s!

Recently called khulula to change my flights due to an emergency. The consultant who’s name I cannot remember was extremely rude to me indicating that there is a call centre service fee(R140)change of flight fee along (R403) with the price difference of the flight which in total accumulated to way more than the flight price itself. I was unable to change my flights on their website due to a multi city booking which forced me into calling the call centre and being charged the additional ******* fee of R140 because of them not giving me the option online. I had indicated to the consultant that I always book with khulula and just this once require a change due to a work emergency. He was so rude to respond by saying had I always booked with khulula I’d know that there is all these additional fees to pay. I further compared that mango has different processes when changing flight times as he further indicated that I can by all means go and book with them then! This is no way to speak to a client who is in a crisis and requires change of flight due to an emergency! Khulula being total *******s and wanting to make money of clients emergencies!
