Khulula airlines refund on fully flexible tickets a total waste of enegry

<p><br />On July 03 I made a booking to fly from OR to King Shaka which was due to leave the following day . I immediately canceled the flight within a few hours of booking due to date errors. As far as I am concerned, the booking was for a fully flexible ticket because even on the booking confirmation BFL is written as the fare basis and the Khulula consultant agrees with me there. I called in and was told the ticket is cancelled and I won't be charged as a no show and will receive my refund. It's now over 6 weeks later , WHERE IS MY MONEY ? Gone. Worse part the bank won't do a reversal because 30 days have passed. What I don't get is why sell fully flexible tickets at an unreasonably higher price, only for them to be just as useless as the no flexibility tickets. Khulula airlines = the new MMM</p>
