Khalula unreachable!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel my ticket with them since FRIDAY!!! It is now Monday. Their line is either busy or I am on hold for 20 minutes at a time. This has happened on over 30 occasions. This service is PATHETIC! I am beyond frustrated! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST IN CANCELLING MY FLIGHT. I WILL BE POSTING HERE AND ON OTHER WEB SITES EVERYDAY TILL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED!
