Kalula doesn't care about their customers

They don't care about their customers at all. Cheap isn't always the answer ladies and gents. My gf was to attend a wedding in Margate and it was to be my sons 1st time to visit the ocean. But no thanks to kalula and their unhelpful and rude staff. None of this is going to happen. We were 15 minutes late due to traffic (not in our control). And the staff of kalula jumped at the opportunity to make us pay double tickets which we could not afford so they chased us away and there were about 5 other people behind us that were turned away .they did not offer us any other flights or any refunds. I might also just add that the plane only took off an hour after it was scheduled to. Don't fly Kalula they don't give a rats ass about their customers.
