Kulula are one big disappointment

<p>Why would anyone in their right mind fly any Comair flight? Either Kulula or BA? Perhaps only if they were a Discovery member. This is not a posting about them being late every single time I fly. It's about the lack of customer service at the check in counter. What a way to start a holiday - flying Kalula! Instead of being helpful I was not helped by someone not proud to talk or communicate or listen to reason. No eye contact. Just a Patronising GLARE. Blaming my wife for being a ******** because her new Drivers license is in her ****en name despite having the old one in her proper name, a copy of her passport &amp; our Medical Aid card. It is not our fault the Dot stuffed up the license renewal. Instead of sorting out our problem she adopted an officious "rules are rules" approach. All the while In the BA quew opposite was my daughter whose BA flight was delayed by 2 hours. Comair-Kalula-BA - taking SA for an unpleasant RIDE....</p>
