Kalula airlines

I have been trying since 07h00 to get through to customer services to make changes to my flights. I was on hold listening for an hour to the repetitive advert of baggage rules. No one answers to help you with flight changes. I have sent an email . Kalula is quick to take your money and make their rules. Pathetic. They have been out of circulation during COVID and need to step up
