Kalula airline clearly going under

I am so disgusted in the service of Kalula. They are not transparent when it comes to there bookings. They are now no longer flying to or from Lanseria to Durban or back. I have contacted them mor than 4 times with long waiting period on the phone just to have their rude sales people not even being honest about the reasons why. Then further to add salt to the would they will not refund the ticket so that I can actually fly with a airline that flies into Lanseria. Durban has just had a major devastating with the floods and I'm sure there are more people not able to travel to that destination this long weekend. Yet kalula just does not show any customer services. They expect you as the client to pay for changes on the ticket at half the price of the original ticket because they can't fly into Lanseria on another date. Worst airline to fly with. What is this world coming to. If they going under its because they have no integrity. Fly with another airline they are below a 0 rating.
