Kalula a disgrace to South Africa customer care service

They apparently aim to address all queries as long as it doesn’t involve customer care or assistance! Their service is beyond disgusting both in person and via technology and your customer feedback is less than appropriate! In the current times I would think they appreciate ppl flying with you. I have never in my life had a most disgusting interaction with their staff at OR THAMBO or trying to reach them online to resolve the issue:
