It’s a miracle Kulula can transport people, when bags go missing for days without a trace!

We have had the worst possible experience with Kulula this week. Absolutely appalling customer service and muted indifference from all 10+ staff spoken to about my missing bag. The flight was Monday evening from JNB to DUR, and the luggage did not make it. Well over 48 hours later and countless calls, we have not made any progress locating the luggage. How pathetic is that??? Every representative we speak to has zero answers. How does an airline get something so fundamental so wrong?!!
