When my disabled daughter checked in Kulula today she was told that although she requires 3 seats which she has bought and paid for and also checked in for, she could only have 2 seats. She was told this is a Kulula rule (although she has been flying like this for many years due to her disability). When I wanted to the logic around this I was told that it was for seurity reasons (huh??), then that the captain said one person cannot have 3 seats (huh??) and they will repay us for the seat despite the fact that my daughter really needed the extra seat. Pleas Kulula we are not imbeciles. You wanted to get a friend of somebody onto the flight and my daughter was the unlucky victim. Shame on you.
