Items ****** from my Bag

Extremely disappointed. I have my cologne ****** twice. I now believe Kulula management do condone their staff to ***** from us. Their policy is always based on Kgs and the staff ***** things like perfumes and Colgnes that they know wont have an impact on weight. Almost all the time when I fly with Kulula our bags would be open. The is always a case of a customer complaining about this issue and to show they don't care nothing is being done.
