Ineptitude

after a year of being told that i would receive a credit, nothing has been forthcoming. When I suggest that the person who has not done their job should be fired, I am told that my comment violates social media protocol. It seems therefore that Kulula condones incompetence from their staff. Yet, no credit has been passed as per their undertaking of a year ago and per my follow up roughly a month ago.
