Incorrect Boarding check ,Pathetic security check and thrown off the Flight with no Follow up

<p>Good Evening</p> <p>I am extremely unhappy and disappointed in what happened on the airport last night</p> <p>Very BAD security checks</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>As per below this ticket was booked and paid for SEAN JOUBERT</p> <p>I took my son to the airport tonight and booked in (from Buccleuch to OR Tambo)</p> <p>As per attached ticket provided by the friendly kulula agent , I assumed all is well</p> <p>After my son went to the boarding gates I left the airport to return home</p> <p> </p> <p>Only to be called by my traumatised child to tell me he was taken off the flight and I had to collect him from the airport</p> <p>I am very confused here now and extremely angry as I make my way back to the airport to find out what is happening,</p> <p>Only to arrive there and find no one available all offices closed</p> <p>My son left alone on the airport</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly , the check points in place all require an id check with your ticket</p> <p>How did the clerk not pick up the id difference and name <br />How did the clerk not pick up the incorrect flight details<br />How did the security check not pick up the id difference and name<br />How did the security check by the boarding gates not pick you the difference in ID and name<br />How did the security check on boarding the plain not pick up the id difference and the name <br /> </p> <p>My son passed all the above security name checks with his ticket and ID</p> <p>Clearly the ticket had a different name JEAN JOUBERT and his ID reflected SEAN JOUBERT</p> <p>How was this missed through all the checks</p> <p> </p> <p>Only when JEAN entered the flight was SEAN approached already seated</p> <p>He was then told to call his mom to come fetch him and was taken off the flight</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to drive all that way to collect my son from the airport</p> <p> </p> <p>Although after all I realised the flight was booked incorrectly from Cape town To Johannesburg</p> <p>And we are in JHB</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not happy that after all these security checks it had to end up like this</p> <p> </p> <p>I have lost out on a flight booked as the staff failed all above mentioned security checks</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to be compensated accordingly</p> <p>I need to have my son in CPT soonest</p> <p> </p> <p>I will await your reply soonest and how will this be resolved</p> <p>If not resolved soonest I will approach the media and inform them about the lack of or NO security checks done on your flights</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Cape Town<br /> Cape Town International<br /> Thu, 08 Dec 2016, 22:10 <br />kulula MN122 <br /> <br />Economy <br />Johannesburg<br /> O.R.
