Inconsistent information

<p>My mother and sister were supposed to fly to EL from OR Tambo. A few hours before departure we received an sms and an email saying the flight has been delayed. However when they got to the airport Kulula denied ever sending those smses and email saying they had missed their flight and it is not kulula's problem.</p>
