inconsistency

<p>I've flown with this airline a few times before and never have I had a problem With taking my guitar as hand luggage. Today I had to pay R400 extra to take my guitar as hand luggage wich has never happened before? </p> <p> </p> <p>This is inconsistent service as they've changed the "rules". After trying to explain that this has never happened to me before the woman working at the check-in till started shouting at me saying that no one has ever been allowed to take a guitar as hand luggage and refused to put a fragile sticker on the guitar as it's not allowed to be taken hand luggage. </p> <p> </p> <p>I feel this is super bad and inconsistent service. Won't EVER use this airline to travel again. </p>
