So yesterday I tried to make a booking on the Khulula Discovery website , and I got through to the payment screen and the payments was hanging with 3 different card. The call center does not pick up so I am now left with no booking. I tried again and again and any venue I choose it keeps telling there is an error with my selection. I have escalated via email and on Facebook messenger. I was told I will get assistance. Someone did respond to my email and called me to say they will contact discovery vitality so here i am still waiting. I am not prepared to pay more than the original quote as this isn't my fault I have tried on different devices and still nothing.
