Incompetence!

My daughter missed her first flight from Jhb to PE due to an operation. I booked her to fly the next day. When we checked her in I specifically asked the check in counter man whether her return flight for Sunday was still ok as she had missed the first flight 24 hours before. He confirmed twice that she was on the Sunday return flight. When she arrived at the airport she was told her flight was cancelled. I now have a panicked 16 year old on crutches alone at an airport unable to get on her flight. I find it totally unacceptable that the *********** checkin man told me twice not to worry, her return ticket was fine.
