Impossible to get a hold of them. USELESS!!!

I have been trying for weeks now to get a hold of them, multiple calls (all of a sudden their customer call centre number doesn't exist)??? I have lodged queries but no response. I need to add my infant son to my booking, as I was not able to do it through vitality at the time of booking. PATHETIC!!!!!!!
