I WILL NEVER TRAVEL WITH KULULA

On the 9 July 2015, I purchased 5 return tickets to OR Tambo airport from king Shaka airport departing 14 August and returning 17 August. On the 14 August we where supposed to depart at 15:00 but we received an sms ( at 07:04) informing us that our flights were delayed to 16:05. This was an inconvience as we had to change the transport arrangements we had made. I called the call centre to query but no one knew what was going on. the agent was very rude she kept on saying that she didn't know anything and cut the call. I then called the airport but there was no answer.As we were on our way to the airport we received another sms (at 13:02) informing us that the flights were delayed again to 16:45. We got to the airport around 13:30 and checked in. The flight was further delayed to 17:00. We had to wait so long with my son who doesn't sit still.<br> Our return flights were scheduled for the 17 august 2015 but my son was not well so we had to leave earlier. On sunday (16 august) we tried to call kulula to change our flights. I tried to call 5 times (midnight and then 9:15 , 9:22, 9:29, 9:32) I was left on hold for a long time and no one answered the call. I also tried to change the
