I was told i was late for my flat at the time of boarding after i had self checked in and my luggage was not taken in. I had to book in the next flight.

I was told i was late for my flat at the time of boarding written on my ticket after i had self checked in and my luggage was not taken in. I had to book in the next flight and pay extra . I am totally not satisfied with the service given and also bad attitude from the assistants.
