I want my refund for my cancelled flight.

On the 10 November 2019. I accidentally booked flight Reference ESWIWN under my name. Immediately once I paid. I had realized it was not meant to be a flight for myself. Called into the call Centre and spoke to Jameson whom advised me of no name changes I told him I had just booked and needed to cancel the flight which he agreed and did. He then confirmed my refund would be done once authorized , I continued to book a new ticket R2433 x 2 in the call repeating my refund To ensure it would be done. I have called three times this year and spine to Mohammed who said he would call back to date no callback. I then spoke to Tarryn who promised to send a message to Mohamed. I then spoke to See Ann. Who was the most helpful of theb3. Found my cancellation mentioned it needed to be authorized and that she would call me back. Still no callback and still no refund and no emails whatsoever for my refund. I paid over 5k for tickets and only one ticket was used. Please give my refund back this is not on. I will remain civil but if this is not sorted out I will have to take recourse. I want my money back for my cancelled flight and will not wait an addditional 6- 8 weeks.
